Description:
The GE GDT545PSJSS attempts to accommodate more dishware with its SpaceMaker silverware basket, designed to attach in-door or in front of the rack (most dishwashers have their silverware baskets taking up extra space inside the rack), and it features a rather-advanced Wash Zones feature, which lets you choose whether to wash the top- or bottom-rack exclusively (using any of the regular preset wash programs).
That being said, it uses the Steam Prewash option, which GE relies on to eliminate the need for pre-scrubbing heavily-soiled dishware.
