Also known as GE Spacemaker GSM1860FSS, the GSM1860FSS attempts to increase load capacity with its removable upper racks, an uncommon feature with most 18-inch dishwashers -- but we could not find out how many place settings this dishwasher offers, while it has a rather conspicuous-looking turn-to-start knob and flip switch, which gives it too much of a vintage aura -- most mid-range dishwashers usually offer modern touch-sensitive controls. That being said, it seems to lack a specific decibel rating, which makes us wonder whether this supposed "Spacemaker" might also be a noisemaker.
