The Archos 97 Carbon may be a tablet that might require carbon dating, given the outdated feel of its specs (a 1024 x 768 resolution and 1GHz's worth of processor speed, anyone), but it remains to be a viable low-cost option, with its average memory specs (16GB of ROM and 1GB of RAM) and passable 2-megapixel rear camera.

Two Archos android tablet computers
Dual-sim capability aside, the Archos Core 70 3G doesn't have any stand-out specs. Although it is powered by a quad core processor and capable of playing videos with a resolution of up to 1280 x 720 pixels, it only features one gigabyte of RAM and a built-in storage space of only 8 gigabytes.
The Archos 70 Platinum, being only 270 grams and having a width of 108mm, will likely satisfy tablet users who are looking for devices that would comfortably sit on their palms -- but this is at the expense of its specs, since its 0.3-megapixel selfie camera, 1.3GHz processor, and 2600mAh battery are all below-par.
